Embark on a literacy journey with the family at the fifth annual Gables Family Literacy Festival under the Youth Center tree canopy. This day-long celebration and Scholastic book fair promotes summer reading and the literary arts. The festival provides a unique experience for all ages and abilities and includes a street fair with literacy exhibitors and vendors, free literacy screenings and evaluations, children’s activities, book donation and exchange areas, author readings, book signings, live music, food vendors and much more.
